02 — Project Scope
Project scope is agreed before work begins. Additional requirements may incur additional charges.
03 — Pricing
All prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on complexity and requirements.
04 — Payments
Advance payment may be required. Remaining payments follow agreed milestones.
05 — Delivery
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to revisions, client delays or third-party dependencies.
06 — Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required content, branding assets and timely feedback.
07 — Intellectual Property
Ownership transfers upon full payment except reusable components, licensed assets and open-source software.
08 — Third-Party Services
Third Rule is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
09 — Hosting
Hosting, domains and maintenance are excluded unless specifically included.
10 — Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

These terms may be updated from time to time.
